Hello lovely people! My name is Lily, and I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with a passion to help you find food freedom, get excellent sleep and have mental resilience.

Finding Food Freedom

Are you tired of obsessing over what to eat and how to eat it? For one, you are not alone. I’ve been there too. Food is a big part of life. A whole chunk of our culture revolves around food and eating. Societal pressure around what we should and should not be eating is everywhere. I want to help you find food freedom through intuitive eating practices. This means to be free from dieting preconceptions, feeling no worry or stress around your food choices. When you go through my Breakthrough Balance Package you will find lasting peace once and for all around food. You will learn how to listen to your body and feel what your body needs. I am here to help you nourish your body intuitively.

Getting Great Sleep

When was the last time you slept deeply through the night, waking up refreshed? When did you last fall asleep quickly without feeling overly busy in your mind? Do you often feel tired during the day, craving a nap? At some point in our lives we all struggle with sleep, but when sleep is chronically low, poor quality and a battle, it can be debilitating. Regular, deep sleep is a precious commodity and resource, and I am here to optimize your sleep, so you can feel refreshed, energized and ready for life.

The packages I offer are inspired by my own life struggles. I often felt conflicted about what I was eating and would rate things on good and bad scales. As a young teen I struggled with getting good sleep and my mental health was often at a very low point. But because of my experiences I am excited to help you through similar challenges.

I had the pleasure of going to the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition where I earned my diploma in Holistic Nutrition. I have also taken many courses in stress management techniques and optimizing brain and body function. All of this and more has put me in the best place to help you. You have the opportunity to work with me and be free from dieting rules and preconceptions of what food should be in your life.
